Seven Secrets fre*e Virtual Study Groups for coaches who are working toward IAC Certification.

While I am not personally trained by IAC, I do think that the assistance offered by Julia Stewart is excellent - no matter what your coach background or preferences may be.

I. Building Your Coaching Proficiencies with Virginia McHenry will be held at 1:00 PT/4:00 ET the first Thursday of the month.

We will focus on two of the coaching proficiencies per session. Volunteers will work in triads - coach, coachee, observer - allowing each to work in each role for 5 minutes. We will debrief for five minutes after each coaching session. Total coaching time: 30 minutes. Participants will learn by listening for the focused proficiencies and any others that come out naturally.
